and this is my risotto with mushrooms:

make fry soft onions in a cooker,

put in a lot of pepper.

when the onions become golden, put the cut mushrooms previously and stir everything.

when your guest begins to watch the clock, put also the rice and continue to stir.

in meantime, in another pot, warm water.

throw in the first cooker a spices cube, and stir.

sometimes put the warm water in the cooker and stir again.

when your arms is tired,

stop and switch off the flame.

put the cover on the cooker and wait some minutes.

it's the title of a nice movie that i've seen this evening here in cph.

it was in english with danish subtitles, and you know, i don't speak a fluent english, so i had to help myself with the subtitles!!

yeah, really, and i've to say i've understood most of the movie, great thing for me!!!
